Technology

BONSHE  JLLC is the first enterprise in the Republic of Belarus for the production of mushrooms — fresh, cultivated, chilled — that is completely built on the basis of Dutch mushroom growing technology.

The Dutch mushroom growing technology implies the growing of mushroom on multi-tiered racks loaded with fresh mushroom compost at the beginning of each production cycle.

To ensure the normal work flow in the mushroom growing shop, automatic operation of the heating system, fans and refrigeration is provided, as well as regulation and control of the mushroom growing chambers microclimate parameters with the help of specialized software.

The main stages of mushroom cultivation process are:

Stages

1.

Loading the multi-tiered racks for growing mushrooms with the fresh raw materials. A team of 5 people uses special equipment to unload three trucks with mushroom compost within three and a half hours

2.

Cooling of compost to the set parameters using an automatic irrigation system

3.

Germination of mycelium through setting optimal microclimate parameters

4.

Harvesting

5.

The special software is usedfor harvest accounting

6.

Before being shipped to customers , mushrooms undergo shock cooling in a special chamber

7.

Before being shipped to customers,  mushrooms are sorted by external parameters and formed into shipping batches

8.

If necessary, the mushrooms are packed in small trays

9.

At the end of the production cycle, after the harvesting completion, the chamber is cleaned and treated with hot steam. Then the spent compost is unloaded and sold as fertilizer.

10.

After washing, the chamber is ready to load a new batch of raw materials
